Notice for Free Participation Teams at ARTPIEライブハウス

We are opening Seoul’s largest livehouse in Gwanak, with a capacity of up to 50 seats, to performance teams without a rental fee. There is no performance fee, and this is an arts and culture support notice under which teams choose the performance date.

How to apply

  • “To be announced later” in the table below does not mean that it has not yet been decided; it means that the team proposes the performance date and time, and they are decided together.
  • Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with no deadline.
  • Each month, 2 to a maximum of 4 teams are selected. If you do not receive a response within 7 days after applying, please consider your application automatically unsuccessful.
  • Please write your preferred performance dates as first choice (required) and second choice (optional) on the application form.
  • After reviewing the schedule and details following submission, we will contact you individually.
  • There is no performance fee. This is a conditional free application under which the space and equipment are provided free of charge through a rental fee waiver.

  • All four are mandatory consent items on the application form, and actual implementation takes place after selection.

  • Performances can be registered on ARTPIE’s own booking and ticketing system (artpieent.com),
  • Tickets can be checked and issued at the lobby kiosk.
  • Whether the performance is paid, the usage time slots, and the division of responsibilities for filming, lighting, and sound operations will be discussed after submission.
  • The location is underground at 123 Jowon-ro, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, a 7-minute walk from Sindaebang Station.
