1. Categories and Methods of Collecting Personal Information

• General inquiries: name or stage name, email, inquiry type·title·content, consent to the collection and use of personal information — Inquiry form
• Project inquiries: contact person’s name, contact information (telephone number or email), affiliation, project details — Website inquiry form, AI consultation window
• Partner registration: name or stage name, contact information, email, portfolio link, field of activity — Partner registration form
• Performance recruitment application: registered artist profile, contact information, application message, recruitment notice — Performance recruitment application screen
• Supported Show registration application: team name, representative’s name, contact information, email, SNS link — Application form
• Livehouse booking: booker’s name, contact information, email, payment information (processed by the payment processor) — Booking screen
• Automatically collected: access records, browser type, cookies

2. Purposes of Using Personal Information

• Responding to inquiries, sending quotations·proposals, and concluding and performing contracts
• Partner matching and project information
• AI organization of artists’ stage names·genres·introductions·activity regions·tags for portfolio organization. Contact information·price entry fields and photo files are not sent for this AI processing
• Checking performance recruitment applicants, reviewing applications, and notifying results
• Reviewing performance registrations and providing schedule information
• Booking confirmation, ticket issuance, and refund processing
• Statistical analysis for service improvement

3. Retention and Use Period

• 파이 상담 대화와 로그인 이메일: 상담 관리 목적으로 마지막 대화일부터 3년 보관 후 자동 삭제합니다. 고객 화면의 대화는 로그아웃하거나 해당 탭을 닫으면 초기화됩니다. 다른 신청·거래 기록에는 해당 기록의 보관 기준이 적용됩니다.
• Inquiry·partner registration·performance recruitment application·performance application information: 1 year after the purpose is achieved. However, if a contract is concluded, contract·payment records are retained for 5 years and consumer complaint·dispute resolution records for 3 years in accordance with the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」
• Booking information: 5 years after the performance ends (Electronic Commerce Act)
• Destroyed without delay if the user requests deletion

4. Provision to Third Parties

As a rule, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to external parties. However, to the extent necessary for carrying out a project, the Company may, with the user’s consent, provide the person in charge’s name and contact details to cooperating partners.

5. Entrustment of Processing

• Payment processing: PayApp (PayApp) — reservation payments
• Form collection and automatic email delivery for inquiries and submissions: Google LLC — Google Forms, Google Apps Script, and Gmail
• Website hosting: OpenAI OpCo, LLC / Cloudflare, Inc.
• Editing artist portfolio text: OpenAI API — When registering and saving a profile, the stage name, genre, introduction, area of activity, and tags are transmitted through encrypted communication. Original photos are retained on the ARTPIE website.

AI Processing Notice

AI results are supplementary materials that organize the facts entered and do not delete the original. Whether they are made public depends on the profile approval status. Requests for correction or suspension of processing may be submitted to official@artpie.seoul.kr. Storage of API responses is disabled; under OpenAI’s default policy, safety monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days. 6. User Rights

Users may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Requests sent by email to the person in charge below will be processed without delay.
