1. Purpose and Scope of Application
These Terms set forth the terms of use for the website operated by ARTPIE Co., Ltd., project inquiries, partner registration, performance recruitment applications, space information, and ARTPIE Livehouse performance booking services.
2. Formation of a Booking
For free performances, a booking is formed when a booking number is issued; for paid performances, a booking is formed when both payment approval by the payment processor and issuance of a booking number are completed. While payment is in progress, seats may be held temporarily only for the designated period.
3. Prices·Seats·Performance Information
The performance date and time, seat layout, sale price, and admission information are displayed on each performance’s booking screen. If details change due to the organizer’s circumstances or for safety reasons, the booker will be notified through the registered contact information.
4. Space Rental Cancellation·Refunds
The criteria below summarize the current refund policy for ARTPIE spaces posted on SpaceCloud. When making an actual reservation, please also check the conditions displayed on the payment screen.
ARTPIE Studio
- Full refund if within 2 hours after payment and before use
- Full refund for cancellation from 8 days before use through 3 days before use
- 70% of the payment amount refunded for cancellation 2 days before use
- No refund for cancellation 1 day before use or on the day of use

ARTPIE Livehouse
- For a regular booking, full refund if within 2 hours after payment and before use
- Refunds of 100% 8 days before use, 90% 7 days before, 70% 6–5 days before, 50% 4–3 days before, 30% 2 days before, and 10% 1 day before
- No refund for cancellation on the day of use
- NOW bookings may be canceled until 30 minutes before the start of use in accordance with the host’s refund policy
- Requests to change a reservation must be made no later than 3 days before use.

If applicable laws or individual terms on the payment screen are more favorable to the consumer than the standards above or must take precedence, those applicable laws or terms will apply.
5. Performance Ticket Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation period, refund amount, and fees for performance tickets are governed primarily by the performance-specific rules displayed on each performance booking screen or in separate notices. If no separate rules are displayed, customers may request cancellation using the contact information below, and the Company will inform them whether cancellation is possible and of the applicable amount in accordance with applicable laws and the payment processor’s handling standards. Fixed blanket deadlines or fees will not be applied arbitrarily without notice for the relevant performance.
예매 확인 · 취소 방법 · 환불 기준
회원은 마이페이지 → 라이브하우스 예매, 비회원은 예매 확인·취소에서 예매번호·이름·휴대폰 번호로 확인해 주세요.
조회 후 ‘전체 예매 취소 신청’을 누르면 접수됩니다. 결제 취소가 완료되면 좌석과 추가 옵션이 반환됩니다. 접수만으로 환불이 완료되지는 않으며, 접수 시각(한국시간) 기준으로 환불액을 계산합니다.

공연 3일 전까지 결제 후 7일 이내 신청은 전액 환불합니다. 미수령 추가 굿즈·미사용 촬영 옵션은 전액 환불 대상이며, 티켓에 기본 포함된 굿즈는 티켓 금액에 포함해 계산합니다. 공연 시작 이후·입장 후의 단순 변심 취소는 제한됩니다.
좌석·옵션 변경은 기존 예매 취소 후 다시 예매해 주세요. 새 좌석 확보는 보장되지 않습니다. 일부 좌석·옵션만 취소하거나 공연 취소·변경, 질병 등 별도 사유가 있으면 고객센터로 문의해 주세요.
신청은 영업일 기준 1일 이내 확인합니다. 환불은 원래 결제수단으로 진행하며 카드사·결제수단에 따라 반영까지 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 기존 예매에는 새 수수료를 소급 적용하지 않고, 관계 법령·기존 약정 등 소비자에게 유리한 기준을 우선 확인합니다.
6. Performance Cancellations and Changes
If a performance is cancelled or important details change, the company will notify ticket holders and explain the necessary procedures, such as payment cancellation or an alternative date.
7. User Obligations
Users must enter accurate purchaser information and contact details and must not use another person’s payment method or reservation number without authorization. They must follow on-site safety rules and the legitimate instructions of operators.
8. Personal Information
The collection, use and retention of personal data are governed by our Privacy policy.
