Hwaseong Youth Awards Bling to Bling system operation
ARTPIE handled the overall stage system for the Hwaseong Youth Awards, supporting the awards ceremony’s quality from stage production through sound and lighting operation. In line with the scale of the event, we installed a large stage (8,750×5,000, height 0.6m) and truss structures, and organically configured sound and moving-light systems on them. After completing preparations through a full setup the previous day, sound and lighting operators remained on site on the day of the event and directed the stage in real time according to the awards and performance programs. We completed the awards stage, where the younger generation took center stage, with an added brilliance through technology. By operating the stage, sound, and lighting as one integrated team, we delivered a smooth, high-quality awards ceremony.

- 01- Stage · Truss — Installation of the stage (8,750×5,000, H 0.6m) and truss suited to the stage (8,300×2,800)
- 02- Sound — Setup of wireless microphones, speakers, and console; instrument setup; real-time operation by a professional operator
- 03- Lighting — Setup of 4 moving beams, 4 moving washes, 4 whites, 2 T-stands, and 1 console; real-time direction by a professional operator
- 04- On-site operation — Setup the previous day and teardown on the day; technical staff stationed on site
