Seoul National University Laboratory Animal Resources Management Center 50th Anniversary Event
㈜ARTPIE planned and managed the 50th anniversary event of the Laboratory Animal Resources Management Center as the event planning and operations agency. Commemorating the institution’s 50th anniversary, ARTPIE oversaw the full range of production and operations required for the event, from producing a commemorative video to designing printed materials such as invitations and booklets, preparing commemorative gifts, documenting the event with on-site photography, and managing PM operations. It was a commemorative event focused on capturing 50 years of history through interview videos and archival materials, and conveying the meaning of the event to attendees through commemorative gifts and printed materials.
Siheung–UK International Exchange Forum
We were responsible for the performance segment of the Siheung–UK International Cultural Exchange Forum held in Kingston, UK, from June 25 to July 3, 2026. We oversaw the entire overseas-stage execution, from directing the participating group’s choreography and performances to coordinating sound and lighting with Kingston University’s theater systems team.

We supported on-site execution for the 14th Da Hana Family Festival Family Cheerful Sports Day held at an indoor gymnasium in Gangdong-gu on August 29, 2026. We coordinated all elements required for the sports day, from producing the stage backdrop and banners to preparing the event systems, sound, industrial air conditioners, and MC booking.

We oversaw the planning and on-site execution of the Bareuge Salgi Movement Eumseong-gun Council Provincial Convention held in Chungbuk Eumseong on October 23, 2025. We operated the entire event as a one-stop service, from building the stage, LED, sound, and lighting systems for the 800-seat venue to arranging the host, performance teams, video relay, and protocol staff.

Coordinated all execution elements required for the outdoor event, from constructing the back wall, stage, and sound system to arranging 32 canopies, booth fixtures, generators, and on-site operations personnel.

We handled the catering and sound components for JL Thermox Co., Ltd.’s opening ceremony. We created a catering menu suited to the number of attendees and the nature of the event, managed the on-site setup, and oversaw the installation and operation of the sound system in line with the pre- and post-meal schedule so that the event proceeded smoothly.

Arago High School year-end party marking the end of the year. ARTPIE took charge of the event’s sound and lighting, providing solid support behind the scenes for a stage where the students were the stars. We set up the sound system to suit the stage and space, and controlled the lighting in real time according to the program flow, heightening the party atmosphere. We remained on site throughout the performances and events, operating the sound and lighting and working alongside the event to ensure that the stage proceeded smoothly every moment. At the place where the students’ memories were completed, ARTPIE illuminated a special night with invisible technology.

ARTPIE handled the overall stage system for the Hwaseong Youth Awards, supporting the awards ceremony’s quality from stage production through sound and lighting operation. In line with the scale of the event, we installed a large stage (8,750×5,000, height 0.6m) and truss structures, and organically configured sound and moving-light systems on them. After completing preparations through a full setup the previous day, sound and lighting operators remained on site on the day of the event and directed the stage in real time according to the awards and performance programs. We completed the awards stage, where the younger generation took center stage, with an added brilliance through technology. By operating the stage, sound, and lighting as one integrated team, we delivered a smooth, high-quality awards ceremony.

ARTPIE oversaw the construction and on-site operation of the stage, sound, lighting, and LED systems for State University of New York Korea’s year-end event. On a 7.5m×6.25m stage, we erected 15-sided trusses on three sides and the ceiling, mounted a 200-inch LED screen and beam and wash moving lights, and set up main, sub, and monitor speakers along with band instruments including drums, amps, and keyboards to complete a year-end stage suitable for performances. From installation the previous day through teardown on the day of the event, sound, lighting, and LED supervisors and staff remained on site and operated the systems in real time according to the program flow.

ARTPIE supported the stage, sound system and audience-space setup for the Pangyo Comprehensive Social Welfare Center event. We directly manufactured and installed a plywood stage tailored to the venue’s scale and traffic flow, and created a formal event space even for a small-scale event by arranging a red carpet, Mongolian tents and 50 audience seats. From sound-system rental to equipment transport, installation and teardown, everything was handled in one process so the welfare center could focus solely on operating the program.

ARTPIE managed the entire process for the 「2025 Jungnang Deulangnallang Social Economy Marketplace」, hosted by Jungnang-gu Office and the Jungnang-gu Social Economy Support Center, from planning, company recruitment and on-site installation and operations through teardown and the submission of the results report. We developed the event concept and key visual, recruited 14 social economy enterprises, and arranged them into promotional, experiential and sales booths. By installing Mongolian tents, a stage, sound, electricity, a photo zone and promotional partition walls, we transformed the Jungnang-gu Office lawn plaza into a one-day experiential marketplace. On the day, the host, operation staff and PM directly conducted the opening ceremony and value declaration ceremony, Part 1 and Part 2 performances, recreation and the stamp tour on-site, completing the event as a win-win festival where residents and companies could meet in one place.

ARTPIE oversaw everything from concept planning for Seoul Learn’s financial and economics special lecture 'Money Quest' through stage and space direction, sound and lighting, and on-site operations. We expressed the message 'Level Up Your Asset Management Skills' through a retro game world, transforming Seoul City Hall’s Grand Conference Room into a single game stage with pixel-art sculptures, a neon-sign logo, and game-machine and 3D hologram experience elements. From installation through teardown on the day, the host, staff, safety personnel and PM remained on-site to smoothly manage entry guidance for more than 100 participants, the lecture and real-time Q&A, and merchandise and prize operations.

Kia AutoLand’s “2025 Webtoon Casebook Publication Commemoration Ceremony & Company-wide Nauri Festival” was planned and managed by ARTPIE Co., Ltd. as the event planning and operations contractor. It was held for a total of 300 minutes, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025, at the Grand Ballroom Hall of Rolling Hills Hotel (Hwaseong, Gyeonggi). This internal commemorative event shared the achievements of on-site engineers’ safety and communication improvement activities (“Nauri”) compiled into a webtoon casebook and presented awards to outstanding parts. It was a multifaceted event structured as one continuous flow, including the publication ceremony (case contributor talk, cutting ceremony, and booklet presentation), company-wide part presentations, a popera commemorative performance, an awards ceremony, and a Christmas wreath-making experience. ARTPIE oversaw the entire process, from planning to scriptwriting, sound, performance booking, on-site operations, and filming.

On December 5, 2025, we carried out an event operations project for cactusglobal’s small-scale corporate awards ceremony. ARTPIE integrated the overall preparation scope, including event guidance materials, award items, spatial direction, on-site operations, and photographic and video documentation, so that award recipients and attendees could naturally become immersed in the ceremony. Based on an efficient operating structure suited to a small-scale event, this project organically designed floral decorations, visual design, on-site circulation, and documentation content so that the formal atmosphere of a corporate awards ceremony and the warm sentiment of celebration could be conveyed together.

ARTPIE Co., Ltd. oversaw the event’s sound and lighting systems, bringing everything together as one continuous flow from stage installation through on-site operation and the celebratory performance. Starting with installation that morning, we set up the main and monitor sound systems and moving lights on the stage, while lighting and sound operators remained on site to operate them in real time according to the program. In addition, a dance performance team with a late-1990s to early-2000s concept took the stage, heightening the event atmosphere with a celebratory performance that engaged with the audience.

Event name 2025 Paju Yulgok Cultural Festival Date October 11 (Sat) ~ 12 (Sun), 2025, 2 days Venue Yulgok Yi I Historic Site Scope of work LED · sound · lighting · stage · truss installation and operation (overall system) The 2025 Paju Yulgok Cultural Festival was held at the historic site imbued with the legacy of Yulgok Yi I. ARTPIE Co., Ltd. was responsible for the overall stage system at the venue and handled technical operations to ensure that the two-day festival proceeded smoothly. We installed the stage truss and structures, and organically configured the LED screen and lighting and sound systems on them to raise the quality of the performances and programs. In addition to safe construction that took the site’s distinctive environment into consideration, we operated on site throughout the event, controlling lighting and sound in real time according to the program flow and delivering an immersive stage experience to the audience. Behind the stage of a festival where tradition and culture came together, ARTPIE supported the event’s quality with invisible technology.

On Christmas Eve, Santa came to Gaepo Xi Residence Apartment. ARTPIE operated a “Visiting Santa” event in which staff dressed as Santa personally delivered gifts prepared in advance by parents to each home. Staff in Santa suits toured the complex in teams of two, ringing doorbells at each household as carols filled the air. When the door opened, they called the child by name and greeted them by saying, “I heard you did many kind things this year.” They then read the letter left by the parents and placed the gift in the child’s hands. Children rushed out in their pajamas with sparkling eyes, while parents captured the moment on camera — ARTPIE visited all 98 households one by one, creating an unforgettable Christmas night. ARTPIE thoughtfully manages not only events on stage, but also moments like these, when emotion is delivered right to the doorstep.

On December 6, 2025, Pixel Network’s Chae Hyun-jji fan meeting, “Seeing Chae Hyun-jji in Spring Even in Winter!”, was held. With the goal of creating an interactive fan meeting where fans and the artist could communicate closely, ARTPIE integrated the entire event, from venue preparation and on-site operations to stage technology, video, and design. In addition to talks and live performances, the project was designed with a variety of programs—including real-time Q&A, rewriting the profile, dance reactions, bingo, a balance game, a lucky draw, and a group photo—so fans could participate directly and create memories.
