The 2nd 2025 Edity Scholarship Award Ceremony
On December 5, 2025, we carried out an event operations project for cactusglobal’s small-scale corporate awards ceremony. ARTPIE integrated the overall preparation scope, including event guidance materials, award items, spatial direction, on-site operations, and photographic and video documentation, so that award recipients and attendees could naturally become immersed in the ceremony. Based on an efficient operating structure suited to a small-scale event, this project organically designed floral decorations, visual design, on-site circulation, and documentation content so that the formal atmosphere of a corporate awards ceremony and the warm sentiment of celebration could be conveyed together.

- 01- Production of participant name badges for 32 attendees
- 02- Preparation of 10 sets of certificates and certificate cases
- 03- Arrangement of 3 bouquets for award recipients and 4 table centerpieces
- 04- On-site delivery and installation of centerpieces and bouquets
- 05- Operation of 3 A3 POP stands and 1 easel
- 06- Production of 2 banners, 50 leaflets, and information foam boards
- 07- Design of plaques, banners, back wall, and seating plan
- 08- Production of 3 A2 foam boards for indicating rankings
- 09- Event photography and video filming
- 10- Editing of 1 event highlight video
- 11- Deployment of 5 on-site staff members and 1 PM
- 12- Installation and dismantling of event facilities, on-site operations, and sound support
