Yeonnam-dong Great Residents’ Harmony Festival
Supported the on-site systems and operations for the Next Culture Lab event held in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul, on September 27, 2025. Coordinated all execution elements required for the outdoor event, from constructing the back wall, stage, and sound system to arranging 32 canopies, booth fixtures, generators, and on-site operations personnel.

We set up everything at once—from the stage and sound system to 32 canopies, fixtures, and power—and operated the outdoor event site without disruption.
